Very happy with my appointment and Covid requirements and the professionalism of you and your staff. However disappointed with the handling of the person who come in without an appointment, who didn’t have her temperature taken, didn’t use sanitis...

Good evening. We are sorry to hear your experience was not as it should have been due to the inconsiderate attitude of one client. Although we try very hard to eliminate the behaviour of some clients it is inevitable that some clients will disrespect authority and without confrontation we aim to handle the matter with the greatest care. The client temperature was taken as all clients entering the premises and she had her own sanitiser. The fact she took a seat without being sanitised would have been at her risk. We look forward to seeing you in the near future 😊
